In a huge announcement for the SmackDown Season Premiere, Cody Rhodes will defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage match next week. This showdown, set for the USA Network debut, comes after intense verbal exchanges and a near-brawl involving The Bloodline, DIY, and The Street Profits.
Solo Sikoa, who nearly defeated Cody previously, demanded a rematch, claiming he was held back by Roman Reigns. Cody initially rejected Sikoa and tried to break up The Bloodline by getting Jacob Fatu to accept a title match instead of Solo.
